Hello, my name is Angus and I’m English tutor from Scotland now based in the city of Lyon, France.
After over 20 years experience working in Business Sales, Account Management and Customer Services, I decided to take my knowledge and expertise and become an English tutor specialising in Business English language. I hold a TEFL Level 5 Qualification along with two communication based diplomas.
A little about me.
In March 2024 I traded the delicacy of Scottish haggis for French andouillette, malt whisky for pastis and arrived in the wonderful city of Lyon.
When I’m not working I love to stay active so you’ll find me out cycling in the beautiful Rhône countryside or running around the streets of Lyon. I have a passion for history and I absolutely love sampling the endless varieties of French cheeses that are available.
I assist professionals improve and advance their language skills, providing them with the tools they require to help progress their careers.
Seeing students achieve their goals is something I love to do. Developing someone’s skills provides such a fantastic reward. I’m a patient, dedicated and supportive tutor with solid communication skills ready to help you develop your English language skills.
